Summary of Accountabilities
Master Planner/Scheduler will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining master schedule for various aircraft projects across the company’s portfolio.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain comprehensive master schedules for projects, ensuring alignment with project timelines and resource availability.
2. Collaborate and communicate closely with internal and external customers to gather scheduling requirements and updates.
3. Analyze and monitor project plans, timelines, and dependencies to identify potential scheduling conflicts and risks.
4. Provide regular updates and reports to management and team members.
5. Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and company policies in all planning activities.
6. Maintain a professional demeanor towards all customers, be courteous, informative and sincere.
7. Serve as a point of contact for scheduling inquiries and issues, providing timely resolutions.
8. Other activities and projects as assigned.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation Management, or equivalent years of experience.
- Previous experience in project planning, and scheduling, preferably in aviation industry.
- Strong Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Communication Skills
Must be able to read and speak English. Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and other personnel.
Physical Requirements
- Extended periods of sitting and occasional periods of walking, rotation, bending, pushing, pulling, and reaching.
- Occasionally lifting up to 10 lbs.
Work Environment
- Frequent exposure to general shop conditions, engine noise.
- Occasional exposure to aircraft exhaust, moving mechanical parts, lubricants, metals, and solvents.
